Time:  Depart Friday evening, return Sunday evening

Experience required: Intermediate / Advanced

You must be able to swim 50m (2 laps of pool), have completed an intro to kayaking session and have previous whitewater kayaking experience

Destination: Goulburn and Yarra Rivers

Gear: Confirm with trip leader if gear hire is available

Approx cost: about $80-100 (including gear hire)

Further trip details:

Plan is to do some swiftwater rescue skills practise over the weekend.
May overlap/combine with some of the Whitewater Leader starter course - will share camping.

Details to be added down the line, but will probably be pretty flexible depending on what people want to do.

If you need to ask what to bring then this isn't the right trip for you

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right gear. Trip leaders can answer questions you might have. If you dont have the right gear you may get left at uni and leaders might be unwilling to take you in the future.
